Exchange, Return and Refund Policy
1 – General Conditions
To request an exchange, return or refund of a product, please contact us by email: contato@skullachoeffects.com.br, with the subject: “Return, Refund or Product Exchange”.
Upon receiving your order, check that all products are in their original packaging, properly sealed. If you notice any irregularity, such as damaged packaging or product, refuse to accept it. If you have accepted the order and identify problems after receiving it, such as damaged packaging or a different product, please contact us within 24 hours.
In cases of regret or dissatisfaction with the product purchased, the return request must be made within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of receipt. After this period, it will not be possible to fulfill the request. Shipping costs in cases of regret are the customer's responsibility.
The product must be returned in perfect condition, in its original packaging, properly sealed, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
After receiving the product in our warehouse and validating the conditions described in this policy, a new product will be sent within 30 (thirty) calendar days.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability and our suppliers.
2 – Return Process via Post Office or Courier
After requesting the exchange or return, we will contact you with detailed instructions for sending the product.
The customer must send the product through a post office or courier.
In the event of a manufacturing defect, the shipping costs will be covered by SKULLACHO EFFECTS.
In cases of exchange or return due to regret, the shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, including the shipping for sending a new product, if applicable.
3 – Refund
If you choose to receive a refund, you will receive an email with the necessary instructions within 30 (thirty) calendar days.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase. For payments made via bank slip or debit, you will be asked for the bank account number for the deposit. For purchases made by credit card, the refund will follow the policies of the card administrator, and is subject to its deadlines.
Requests for exchange or return must be sent by email within the established deadlines. Requests made after the deadlines will not be accepted.
4 – Defective Product
The exchange/return procedure follows the guidelines of the Consumer Defense Code.
For defective products, the request for exchange or return must be made within 30 (thirty) calendar days after receipt.
The defective product must be sent in its original packaging.
